Always a good experience

It's reassuring to know that when we hand over our keys, we're entrusting them to people who genuinely care. Thank you for your exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to your customers. A special shout out to Corinna who always takes such good care of me!

I guess I'm just a bit pampered by the service I get at roy schmidt Honda in Effingham. They Always wash my vehicle when I get an oil change They don't send me out in the parking lot with my keys and 10 other trucks to find my vehicle when I get done. So, basically, I will adjust to your policy and way of doing things! Thank you for the oil change. I really do appreciate it!

Everyone was great.

From the moment we walked in Paul was very helpful and very friendly. We told him what we were interested in and he immediately told us what was available. You didn’t have a GM Elevation in stock so he told us he could find us one and he did. We are very happy with the car ! We certainly will keep in touch with Paul for information and service. Also will brag to our friends about the dealership. We were so glad to be able to shop there! Loved the TV spots on channel 3. Was not aware of such a great dealership.

When scheduling an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, the wait time is anywhere between an hour and hour and a half, this seems like a very long wait. The service is excellent but is this a typical wait time with a scheduled appointment?

Everybody was very helpful. I was very surprised when they had a loaner vehicle I got to use. They kept me informed, and took care of both problems I had with my truck. I am very happy with the whole experience.
